Pet Policy
We are happy to be a pet friendly community. We understand they are just as much your family as anyone!
We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the community's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants need to complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile before moving in.We want your pet to feel right at home with us! Here are a couple things we think they may enjoy:
- Treats at the office all day every day.
- Pet themed events so you and your companions can meet your neighbors.
Community Policies:
- Maximum of two pets - no weight limit.
- All pets must be neutered/spayed.
- A current photo of each animal is required.
- All animals must have up-to-date veterinary verification and rabies vaccination.
- All animals must be leashed outdoors and promptly clean up and dispose of dog waste.
Pet Fees:
- $300 non-refundable fee for 1st pet
- $100 non-refundable fee for 2nd pet
- $40 per month, per pet
Breed Restrictions:
- Includes any mix with the following breeds. Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Argentinian Mastiff, Belgian Sheepdog, Belgian Shepherd, Bohemian Shepherd, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dutch Shepherd, German Malinois, German Shepherd Dog, Great Dane, King Shepherd, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pyrenean Mastiff, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Shiloh Shepherd, St. Bernard, Swiss Shepherd, Tatra Shepherd Dog, Tibetan Mastiff, Timber Shepherd, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix.
Other animals, including mammals (non-cat/dog), reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects, are not permitted.
